We work with organisations to help them manage risk more effectively. This includes setting up and running captive insurance companies - insurance businesses owned by the organisation itself.
Our business is built around 3 core areas; Finance, Underwriting and Governance and you will rotate across all 3 areas gaining hands-on experience in management accounting, insurance operations and regulatory & compliance work.
As an Aon graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme which include on the job learning, centralised learning and gaining professional qualification.
