Role Overview: To assist the Finance team in the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase ledgers, contributing to the overall financial management of the group’s 50+ companies across the UK and the Isle of Man.

Key Responsibilities:

Record payments in cashbooks and input transactions into the accounting ledgers.

Process purchase invoices and credit notes in the ledger system.

Maintain electronic & paper-based filing of accountancy & statutory documents.

Prepare and process monthly payment runs across group companies.

Input approved payments into the relevant online banking platforms.

Aged item reviews of bank and debtor/creditor accounts.

Reconciliation of bank accounts.

Analysis of accounts ledgers to ensure accurate and complete records are kept.

Submission of monthly CIS documents.

Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts& submission of tax returns as required.
